Die Noord Hollandse kust?
Ben natuurlijk wel vaker aan de kust geweest, maar overal is het anders!
Zuid Frans, Normandisch, Zeeuws…..allemaal water en zand maar toch allemaal zo anders!
Ik heb sinds jaar en dag(gok een jaartje of 22) mijn hart verpand aan de zeeuwse kust, en dan met name rond Westkapelle en Zoutelande.
We komen daar elk jaar wel en keer en meestal is dat in de herfst….ik ben daar zó graag, het voelt een beetje als mijn huis weg van thuis….
Maar hoe kan het toch, dat die kust overal zo anders is…en wat is mooier? Natuurlijk komt hier een heel verhaal over omstandigheden, ligging , windrichtingen en begroeiing etc om de hoek kijken maar daar zal ik je niet mee ophouden……ik vindt het mooi……ik vindt het GEWELDIG mooi….ik vindt het zó mooi dat ik er van huilen kan. ….tot nu toe dan van die Zeeuwse kust;)….maar over twee weken gaan we die Noord Hollandse kust van dichtbij bekijken, pas dán kan ik een “vergelijkend warenonderzoek”afronden……ik geef die kust een kans…..maar eerlijk is eerlijk, hij moet wel VERDOMD mooi zijn wil ie op een gedeelde eerste plaats staan met de zeeuwse….;)
Maar we hebben er zin in…..morgen eerst nog even werken…DRIE hele uren…en dan kan de wekker onder het bed:)…….
ps: Alex,(mijn vriendinnetje in Tjechië) ik weet dat je meeleest, één ding vindt je in het buitenland niet, die HOLLANDSE kust….kan je stroopwafels sturen, dropjes meebrengen, maar die Hollandse kust….;)

How would it be…..the coastline….the coastline in “Noord Holland”?
I have been at some coasts’before of course, but they all are so different….
South of France, Normandie, Zeeland(that’s a Dutch province)…..it’s all about water and sand, but still…so different!Since many years now(I think it will be about 22 years) I lost my heart to the “zeeuwse”coastline….I love it, it’s my home away from home, I like it so much that even when we are there in Autumn, I could cry…….
What makes is SO beautifull and why is it different everywhere?? Well, I’m not gonna keep you with a story about the in’s and out’s about all those shore’s…..I just love it…..period!
In two weeks we are gonna spend our vacation at the coast of “Noord Holland”(that’s also a province in the Netherlands)….and it has to be DAMN good to get up to the first place with my favourite coastline up until now;))…but we REALLY look forward to it!!!
After that I can compare;). But….first, tomorrow I have to work….3 WHOLE hours…*sigh*;) and after that, the alarmclock will be put in a box under my bed;)
PS:Alex(my friend in CZ) I know you are reading….whatever you may find in all those other country’s…..you just HAVE to do without the Dutch shore…..I can send you “stroopwafels”and bring you “drop”(both typical Dutch treats) but the shore…..;)
